Parent-led enquiry

A parent or legal guardian starts the conversation. Josh then speaks with both parent and teenager before deciding whether a Foundation place should be offered.
Foundation may be suitable when
He has potential, but needs more ownership and consistent follow-through.
- Your son is aged 13–17.
- He can identify at least one meaningful thing he wants to improve.
- He is willing to participate in a respectful small group.
- A structured goal, accountability and credible adult guidance could help.
- You understand that PM&D is developmental mentorship, not clinical treatment.
A different service may be needed when
The primary need falls outside developmental mentorship.
- The teenager is being forced to attend as punishment.
- There is an immediate safety concern or mental-health crisis.
- The primary need is diagnosis, therapy, medical treatment or specialist support.
- The expectation is that Josh will “fix” him without his participation.
- He cannot safely or appropriately take part in a group setting.

Parent introduction call
Talk through your situation, Foundation, safeguarding boundaries and whether the programme may be appropriate.
Josh speaks with your son
If it appears suitable, Josh speaks with him before any place is offered. He must genuinely want to participate.
If it is right for both sides
Complete the written terms, payment and onboarding before joining an appropriate cohort.
Founding Beta rate
£375 or 2 × £195
A complete Foundation experience at an intentionally reduced founding rate.
Founding families receive Week 0 onboarding, eight weekly live group sessions, the Skool programme and community hub, practical action between sessions, parent reviews and the end-of-Foundation review. In return, PM&D learns directly from structured family feedback before the full commercial launch.
Dates, cohort placement and the complete terms are provided in writing before enrolment or payment.
