Help Shape a New Mentoring Programme for Teenage Boys
We’re speaking with UK parents of boys aged 13–17 about confidence, motivation, direction and the transition toward adulthood.
Short private survey • Research interviews optional • No obligation
Research before assumptions
This programme is being shaped around real family experiences.
Phillips Mentorship & Development is currently in its research phase. We want to understand what parents and teenagers are actually experiencing before deciding what the programme should become.
Your survey response will help identify the language, concerns and forms of support that matter most. There is no obligation to purchase anything, and volunteering for a research interview is entirely optional.
How it works
Three simple steps. Your level of involvement is up to you.
- 01
Complete the short Parent Survey.
Share what you are noticing, what feels difficult and what kind of support might be useful.
- 02
Optionally volunteer for a 25-minute research interview.
If you would like to say more, you can choose a convenient time after submitting the survey.
- 03
Your responses help shape the programme.
The findings will inform how PM&D is designed, explained and delivered.
Clear scope
Mentorship and development—not therapy or clinical treatment.
PM&D is being developed as a non-clinical mentoring and personal-development programme. It is not therapy, crisis intervention, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for specialist health or safeguarding support.
